When you use our Contact Us form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. If a transaction proceeds, we also collect documentation required to complete the sale, including identification, title information, and payment details.

When you visit the website, our server may automatically collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not currently use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to evaluate your vehicle, prepare purchase offers, complete transactions, coordinate logistics (including transport and title transfer), and communicate with you about your submission. We may also use your contact information to follow up on pending valuations. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing purposes.

We may share limited information with parties directly involved in completing a vehicle transaction: enclosed transport carriers, title agencies, lienholders (to process payoffs), and financial institutions (to process payment). Vehicle transactions are conducted through secure payment methods (typically wire transfer), and sensitive documentation is handled with the discretion expected in high-value private transactions.
